By accessing or using Growllix, you agree to comply with these Terms fully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• Growllix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform.
• Posting fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized content or engaging in dishonest practices is strictly prohibited.
• Users must not upload or transmit harmful code, viruses, or other content that may disrupt the Platform.

4. Services and Fees

• Growllix offers various subscription and pay-per-lead plans, clearly explained during sign-up.
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• Growllix does not guarantee or take responsibility for transactions that occur between buyers and sellers on the Platform.

5. Verification and Trust

• Growllix conducts verification processes to establish trust and credibility among users.
• Verification badges indicate compliance with Growllix's standards but do not guarantee outcomes or product/service quality.
• Users are responsible for conducting due diligence before entering into agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Platform's content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Growllix or its licensors.
• Users retain rights to their content but grant Growllix a license to use it for Platform operation and marketing purposes.
• Unauthorized use of Platform content is prohibited.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Growllix is a platform provider and does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Users agree to resolve any disputes independently and acknowledge the governing law as that of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai courts.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Growllix provides the Platform "as is" and disclaims warranties of any kind.
• Growllix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Growllix's aggregate liability will not exceed the total fees received from the user during the prior 12 months.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Growllix and its affiliates against claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Growllix may suspend or terminate users for violating Terms or illegal activity. All rights granted to you end upon termination.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Please review regularly.
